 Trauma & Crisis Therapy

It's not easy moving past one's pain. I believe bringing your personal narrative into therapy provides a valuable vehicle for self-discovery. Our narratives help us understand present dysfunctional processes which can leave one stuck in unhealthy patterns and hinder our growth. In working through our stories, a client "unstick" unhealthy processes; and journey towards our more functional; and create an authentic self-image.
