Trauma &
Crisis Therapy

It's not easy moving past the pain. I believe bringing your personal narrative into therapy provides a vehicle for self-discovery.

Therapy Sessions
My Approach

I believe that psychotherapy requires a whole-person, nonjudgemental approach that celebrates each individual. We come from different walks of life and have different stories that influence where we are now and the decisions we make.
